Are they truly beachfront?
Yes. The resort sits on a private, secluded stretch of Pacific beachfront, some units are oceanfront directly on the sand, and all have ocean views or quick beach access. Note: the Pacific currents at Terrasol are not safe for swimming. For swimming, guests use the two on-site heated pools (one with swim-up bar + restaurant, plus a lap pool) or walk ten minutes to Medano Beach.
Is there a resort fee?
A nightly resort fee is paid at the front desk upon arrival. It covers access to pools, gym, beach, and resort amenities.
Is parking available?
Yes, on-site parking is $5/day.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, a 3-night minimum applies to all rentals.
Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?
No. All units and balconies are non-smoking.
